With a background in Finance, banking, and Christian Ministry finances, Martin is passionate about engaging with people who desire to serve in the missions field to reach "the least of these, by He Who is Greater Than." He offers training, mentoring, and guidance for those who share his passion for missions.

Claudia is the CFO of Greater Than, dedicated to ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in the organization’s finances to fulfill its mission of serving others. With over 10 years of experience in financial management and a heart for social impact, Claudia plays a pivotal role in overseeing donations and funds, ensuring every dollar directly contributes to advancing the organization’s mission.

In her role, Claudia is responsible for managing the organization finances, all while fostering trust among donors and the community Greater Than serves. Her expertise in accounting, auditing and compliance helps the organization build trust with its supporters and maximize its impact on the community.  

Claudia is committed to upholding the values of fairness and integrity, believing that strong financial stewardship is the cornerstone of meaningful change. Outside of her professional duties, she enjoys spending time with her 2-year-old son and 3 bright nieces.
